Sold item on eBay, buyer paid immediately, problem discovered, eBay advised cancel, relist and buyer purchased again.
Upon cancelling, first PayPay payment was immediately refunded to the buyer, less fees.
End up paying PayPal double fees – all within 30 minutes, same item, same fees.
Item was high value.
Can I get one of these fees reversed?
