Dissatisfied :( so much for buyer protection.

Description

I did not receive an item I purchased using paypal. I contacted the seller several times and they kept putting me off. 3 months I’ve been waiting for this item or a refund so I reach out to paypal who tell me this ‘ring’ I purchased is not covered by buyer protection and I have been denied my refund. Now the company won’t even respond to my emails. I have NOT received my item, and paypal have refused to help me. I have asked the question in here ie how to get my refund and nobody answered it… just a question asking what option I chose to pay.. I don’t know what they mean. I tried calling paypal.. chose the option to be called back and got nothing. What is going on here? Are we no longer protected?? I’m NOT happy!!
