I am trying to issue a partial refund from an eBay sale.
I keep getting the « You don’t have sufficient balance to complete refund. »
I keep nothing in my PayPal account. It is connected to my checking account, which has more than enough money to cover the refund.
I went to CHAT, but, first they told me something was wrong with the system and they were fixing it, then hours later they suggested i use my laptop/web browser.
I’ve been using the web browser all along!
Every time someone has asked this question here, it gets no replies.
Surely someone knows what’s going on, right???
