Hello I was wondering if anyone can help? I recently received a refund to my PayPal credit account but I had paid the balance so it originally showed up as a negative balance. A few days later it appeared on my statement as « credit balance refund » but it’s been about 3 months and I haven’t received a cheque or bank transfer for that amount, it’s as though it’s just disappeared. I was wondering if anyone else has ever had this and what happened? Did you have to contact PayPal to get your money??
