Canceled Payment

Hi all, I have canceled an unclaimed payment because the email I used was wrong and I am now looking to pay the person again. The payment method I used was by a Visa debit card, which is not a credit card. According to Paypal, if you pay by credit card the money will be refunded to it, for any other payment method used the money will be refunded to the Paypal account. The money was debited from my bank account on 18 Dec. however it has not been refunded there yet (although it is less than 24hrs I canceled the payment) and my Paypal balance is showing 0, although the refund transaction status is Complete. Would anyone know where I should expect to see the money refunded and when. I appreciate any answer and thank you for your time in advance. Solved! Go to Solution.
