Cancel Pending Guitar Center order (already more than 30 days)

I have a guitar center pending order. From what I have the read the order gets automatically cancelled after 30 days. Its 32 days at this moment, the order was made back in December 13. The reason I want to cancel is because I already bought what I needed somewhere else. The order was made with a debit card. This order is not showing in guitar center’s page in my account and I already called their customer support. They helped me and eventually found the order but told me they couldnt do much since its a preorder.
What I am supposed to do after 30 days if the order hasnt been cancelled? At this point I have 3 options:
1. Call guitar center again and tell them to follow up on the order until it eventually goes through and they are able to cancel the order.
2. What would happen if the amount of money in my account is less than the values of the order???
3. Transfer all my money to another bank account.
I dont know what else to do since it seems impossible to be able to reach a Paypal support agent and talk to them directly.
