I’m in Canada and I I sent a package to a customer in the philippines in December 2019. Unfortunately, there was no tracking number for the package. He is contacting me now saying he has not received the package and wants me to extend the Paypal Buyer protection. I didn’t even know there was such a thing. What do I do? I am new to shipping and paypal so how does this all work? Could someone please let me know? Thanks, Matt
