Bank Transfer LIMBO… So frustrating!

I am so frustrated with one of the two options to transfer money from my PayPal balance to my bank — if you don’t want to pay the 1% fee and trasfer it now to your card, you could use the bank transfer route — which I had numerous times, with little problem. Until recently, when day after day ticked by, and nobody could tell me WHY, or WHEN it would go through. They tell you “it’s an automated process” – “or its being reviewed” – always feeding you some dumb **bleep** line about how it’s for our security. I bet many people are discouraged from using that transfer option because it’s such a gamble! I needed my money days ago, and could not take it anymore!! Of course, they don’t know when, no they can’t ‘check on it’ — no they can’t tell if it’s been flagged, no they don’t know why it was flagged, no they don’t know who’s reviewing it or when!? — (What DO you know!!??) So I just had the guy cancel my request (yes they can do that) …simply talk to their helpbot and just say ‘live agent’…guess I’m paying the fee now to transfer it, but at least it won’t take an entire week to transfer some money. I would expect such a delay for thousands or tens of thousands of dollars, not the meager amount in transferring! Gimme a break!
