All bank account showing disable while link to PayPal

Description

Hi, I am having this problem from a month i am not able to add my bank account, each time when i tried to link my any bank account it gives me error that "your bank account is disable please try again with different account" i have tried to add 3 different bank account but getting same error message in all, i have never used PayPal in past so my bank is fresh and active and Not linked with any other PayPal account, i seeking support from PayPal customer service but they are good for nothing, i am getting robotic reply and it’s goes Nowhere. I just want someone from here to look into it and help me out to resolved my problem.
