Aliexpress has not returned my money after a canceled transaction. It still shows as Pending Refund 2/27/2020 on the Aliexpress transaction page. Well over the 3-20 business days they say I will get a refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal, reason: Did not receive a refund. They decided in the SELLER’s favor. The money is not in my account, no item, no tracking number. How can PayPal decide in the seller’s favor? How can I get a refund?
