Anyone help. I have a potential buyer of a rather expensive watch. He tells me that the money is pending in pay pal although I cannot see anything. An email says it has been approved but your account will not be credited until the merchandise is sent to the given name and address of the buyer. And email them back with the shipment number .for verification is this correct ?
