Account Limitations but I need access to my money

Hello, PayPal suddenly wants to stop working with me and so they’ve decided to hold off ALL of my money at over £1000. I need immediate access to this money because I need to pay rent and other household stuff but I can’t even get into contact with their customer service. I understand I can’t contact them because of the current lockdown but I wasn’t even given an explanation as to why I can’t use PayPal in the first place nor how to fix this issue. They should at least wait cutting ties with me until I’m able contact them because then I wouldn’t be having this problem! I seriously and urgently need access to this money so I hope someone can help me. PS. I think they’re gonna give back my money after 180 days but I will not be able to wait that long since I have bills to pay. Solved! Go to Solution.
