I recently re-downloaded PayPal to make my first purchase with it, mind you I have never used pay Pal before, nor have I even linked a bank card. I had only created an account just in case for future use. Well, when I logged on to PayPal it says that my account has been limited and I am no longer able to use PayPal due to agreement violations? But I have never used PayPal for ANYTHING. who can I contact to resolve this issue??
