Hello,
My chase freedom has 5% on paypal transaction in last Dec. I paid thru paypal key on 12/31. But the transaction showed on my freedom credit card on 1/4/2021. So I complained to Paypal. Now, paypal made a decision to refund the whole money to my account.
THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANT.
The amount of money is paid to my apartment. If they found that this payment is bounce, I would incur 75$ penalty fee. I went thru many pages to find a way to contact paypal customer representatives, but I did not find anything.
Can someone please help me out? It is urgent.
