I received an email stating I had received a payment from a buyer. It showed the payment was approved and on hold. When I go to my pay pal account, it does not show up in my pending transactions or anywhere else that I can find. I want to make sure that this is not a scam. I canâ€™t find any way to get ahold of anyone at pay pal to confirm this payment. Is this normal?
