PP Credit sends email 1 day before locking down Payment acceptance

You know…some people don’t live on their email account. Most folks with a life, look at their personal email once every few days. So, I open my email this morning to see a notice from PP Credit (sent on the 18th ) that as of the 20th thru to the 24th, I can;t kale a payment. Not by phone, web app mobile app or carrier pigeon. Of course my payment is due on the 22nd, and I make my payments the day they are due…not days before. It’s my money . Who the heck in their right mind in charge of serving customers ever dreams up such BS? Not transacting payments for FOUR consecutive days. Really??? Maybe just a gimmick to get us all with payments due slapped with their Late Fees. Arrrrgh! I’m really **bleep** at you guys. Terrible way to run a financial service…really.
