What do I do they are holding my funds because the item has not been deliverEd, yet according to usps.com the item has been delivered 9410808205496433420309. PayPal chat rep tells me to bother my customer to log in and confirm they received the package. Not doing that when every other time I get my funds 24 hours after delivery confirmation

but delivered item not PAYPAL PayPal Credit says USPS was
