Hi, I sold an item on eBay and then I wanted to refund the total amount to the buyer. The problem is that the transaction is still pending on my account and the buyer says the same. I see that the funds have ‘left’ my bank about 5 days ago. On Paypal, it states that the transaction would have been completed possibly yesterday… What could have possibly gone wrong?
