PayPal credit refund.

Description

TUI refunded my holidays deposit payment and my refund showed up as ‘refunded’ but it’s not on the statement. My money is being held without any reason. Customer service is useless and apparently doesn’t know how calculator works. I’m so disappointed because I have been using PayPal Credit for years and I’ve never imagined it will be so difficult to handle simple refund! Lesson learnt, I will keep trying to recover my money and then goodbye, I’ll stick to credit cards.
