i got a refund for something that i bought on ebay. the seller only sent me 1/2 the money back. i opened a case and ebay refunded me the other half. it shows in my transactions but its just sitting there. no option to transfer it back to my bank account or anything. what is going on? it happened yesterday and it says its completed. why cant i do anything with it?
