email from paypal for asking me to make bank transfer to receive paypal payment

Description

Hi,
I have sold an item and provided my paypal details to buyer for payment. Buyer supposed to handle shipment. But she stated that she send me money for the shipment agent as well and requested me to transfer money to shipment agent.
Payment i expect is £120 and buyer states that she send me £382 and i need to transfer £262 to shipping agent.
Email from paypal is below.
I though this is fraud but email really seems to be from paypal hence would like to confirm.

PayPal Policy
The total sum of £382.00 GBP has been deducted from the buyer’s account and has been « APPROVED » but it will not be credited into your account (for security purpose) until you send the requested sum of £262.00 GBP via Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit.
