Wrong item

Hi guys i got sent the wrong item, when contacting the seller thay state that thay couldn’t have sent the wrong item, i managed to speak to the team member that packed my order he states that he packed my item and it was the correct item etc, i said i would like to return the item for refund or the right item sent, he said that thay have cameras that could confirm that, he also suggested not to take this any further with paypal as thay have contacted them (funny because i never said anything about paypal) i just contacted them to resolve the issue, there on the defensive side straight up, and the last msg was if i wanted to talk any further on the matter its to be through paypal…..wth!!
