unauthorized transaction

Description

I keep getting multiple emails that my debit card was declined. The problem is I have not been using my debit card lately. I believe it is being declined because of a low balance. This is good except I have a sum of $$ processing from my bank account. I tried to file a claim with the resolution center but I am supposed to select an activity I am reporting. The declined debits are not showing in my activity log. I been chatting online but the autobots do not seem to understand. I did cancel my debit card. It has not stopped the activity unless that os why my debit card is being declined when they try to use it. I also changed my account code and cancelled all auto payments. Yet the notification of declined debits continue multiple times daily. Thanks for your help.
