unauthorised payment from ebay

Can someone help me. Ebay took money from my PayPal account for a purchase I did not make. I tried sending email to eBay but they didn’t get back to me and when I try resolution center with PayPal they tell me to contact the seller The purchase was made fraudulent from someone who stole my PayPal and put it on their ebay because on my purchases list on ebay it doesn’t show anywhere that I paid for anything of that amount??? I just want a complete refund and yes I did change my password everywhere now as this is freaking me out can someone please help me get my refund and not have to stress this over so bad thank you
