Transfer Fee of money for relief work

Description

I AM currently in Honduras and I AM receiving and Will receive fund as donations for relief work because of Hurricane/Topical storm ETA and Iota. If the come from US, they have the option amily and Friends activated. But if they come from another Latinamerican country, PP charges a fee. I just recived funds from Colombia and there was a fee of $15 (and the sendero wrote family and Friends). Plus the other $ 5 that Will be paid once I Transfer to the Honduran account, $20 in fees (just sent $250). Is there a way to not pay this fee? I Will also receive Transfer from México. We need as much money as we can get because the need here is overwhelming. So much devastation
