transfer credit line to new account (new email)

hey guys,
I’ve asked this many times here, and I’ve called your phone number too, but they are not accepting calls apparently. I have $1,000 of a credit line on the account associated with email address «  »ajetrumpet «  ». Either that or email address «  »ajetrumpet «  ». Whichever one it is, that gmail account is shut down and I can’t log into paypal using it anymore. but apparently the account is still connected with eBay because I can still buy off of Ebay and use my credit line. I want that line transferred to this account, which is attached to «  »ajetrumpet » ». Can anyone get that done for me? I’ve gone through a little too much time at this point. thanks.
