Hello, I have multiple cards linked to my Paypal account. It allowed me to transfer to a friend once and the next time its always asking me to add/link a new debit card or bank account. Its going into a loop since once I add the same it again ask’s me to add another card. The 1st time it showed that it will charge some $$ as fees and that was fine and was debited from my card. What am I missing or where is the issue?
