Description

My dispute has resulted in the offer of a full refund once I return the item. The problem is the return address is in Chinese and mixed with what looks like cut and pasted english text. I have no idea how to proceed and only have a week to deal with this before the dispute is closed. I don’t seem to be able to find any way to contact a PayPal employee to discuss this – I just went round in circles with the chat-bot. Can anyone offer any advice?
