I created my paypal today. Linked my bank card and sent authorisation code. Link was successful. But now for some reason i cant recieve a payment. The sender gets a notice of: your recipient cant aaccept payment at the moment. I try to get assistance from paypal but i just get automated bot responses and its really frustrating. Please. Any assistance would be appreciated.
