Dear Members, I am facing a big problem. In Egypt, I can not use Paypal fund only withdrew to Egyptian Bank Issued Visa Credit or master card. So I open Two accounts in CIB bank of Egypt. I got two visa card. One EGP and one USD. I add both cards to my Paypal account and verify them. When I try to withdraw money always say « We’re sorry. We’re not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. » So how can I solve this issue and can withdraw money?
