I recently got a refund from KLM for 147.12. At the time, I was due Paypal Credit £75; therefore, my balance is now negative £72.12.
This has happened before many times when getting a refund, or having returned something. Usually I contact Paypal, and the amount is adjusted into my normal Paypal balance and I can take out the funds; however, when I contacted them this time, I was told by the agent that I cannot do this and I have to use the money for purchases online.
I have contacted them again but they have not replied.
Have they changed their policy?
