PayPal Cash Card

Customer Service isn’t available? I recieved my PayPal cash card, followed the instructions to try and activate however, Im met with a popup (Sorry we’re not able to activate your card) please try again later. I tried activating it through the online PayPal app on my Android phone. Yes the NFC or NCF on my phone is on. I hold my phone and card together, it is recognized by Pay Pal but its the same error message! I’ve tried emailing PayPal but I don’t receive a response….its all automated replys. I cant buy anything online using some of my PayPal accounts balance either. I can’t transfer money *no holds or anything* from my PayPal account balance to my verified bank account to go through? Why isn’t there anyone in customer service livechat. Anyone have an ideas how to fix this? Anyone else facing any of the problems I mentioned? Thank you!
