PayPal Bis Debit Card doesn’t use availabel balance first.

Description

We just got our PayPal buisness debit card and tested it on a small transaction.

We noticed that it didn’t try to use the current PayPal balance instead it just transfered money from the linked bank account. We assume this is becuase the transaction was in a currency that we didn’t have enough of in teh PayPal balance … in this case the transaction was in Euro and the bulk of our PayPal balance is in USD.

So is this a bug or a feature … if its a feature can it be changed … if it cann’t be changed is there a simple work around?
