Hi, I got scammed from a website and I have proof that the box weight was significantly smaller than what I ordered and that it didn’t even go to my address. I opened a dispute with paypal and they denied my claim. I called to try to escalate this dispute and just got the run around from one recorded message to another, and a hang up when I thought I would finally be connected to an agent. I very much like using my paypal account, so I’d like to avoid anything that involves me bringing a lawyer into things, but, just in case this doesn’t get resolved, how would the small claims process work and is it usually successful? thanks!
