I’ve just had a payment from a customer on Depop and my money is pending, what happens if the buyer doesn’t say it has arrived? I really can’t afford to randomly loose this money after shipping. I’ve been using PayPal for a while and haven’t had any problems occur… I’ve rarely had disputes from a fault on my end and always send with tracking.. does anyone know how this mightve happened ( is it a problem with the customer). Any help would be great.. thank you
