Hi, I receive payment from buyer in USD. The payment was pending and I had 2 options, accept the payment and convert in to GBP or open a USD account and keep USD. I press option 2, the USD account was add to my paypal account but funds wasn’t add. the USD account show 0.00. I have ask paypal about that 3 days ago and still no answer.
