Hi I hope somebody can help. I’ve had a letter about a paypal account that is linked to my name but has nothing to do with me. I have another account that I have logged into and use on Paypal. It is a @Yahoo account and i don’t even have one. How do I contact Paypal to ask them or do Ijust ignore it? It states I will be charged £9. Thanks for any help
