Is this a scam?

Hi,
I got this email from an interested buyer on gumtree. It 100% looks like a scam, but I’d just like to confirm. If this is a scam, how should I reply to the « buyer »? They have been messaging me, telling me that they are uncomfortable with me not continuing the sale, because they have had the money deducted from their account.

4. Enter your email address, and your Mobile Phone and Accept Terms & Conditions then Place Order
5. Simply follow the instructions and input required details.
6. Login to your bank and make a POLi payment and Upload your POLi receipt on bitcoin.com.au.
7. Once transfer is successful, Attach and email a screenshot copy of the Successful Confirmation to paypal after the order has been fulfilled.
Please note: Until payment is received before the moving agent nearest to your location in (Australia) will be assigned to Belinda Richie.
We assure you that this is a safe and approved transaction and your account will be credited immediately after we verify the transfer details.
