Around 7:00 pm 12/4, I ordered a curler for $39. I did not have a paypal account so used Guest. I figured out the company was somewhat of a fraud so decided to cancel my order. The company did not reply, and once I made an account through the receipt PayPal sent me, plus linked my card, my order did not come up. I tried calling and I’m aware customer service closes 10 but I called at 7:10. It did not put me through. I need to cancel my order before it is shipped I have the order number but no one is answering the calls or messages.
