Hello everyone! As in the title, I purchased a subscription from a website, and its currency was USD. When I proceed to pay, PayPal change the currency and pay me SAR automatically. The problem was that my credit card had an USD balance, but PayPal paid me SAR with no permission. Now, I want to know if I can refund that. Also, I want to know if I can do something and let PayPal only pay me USA. Thank you in Advance.
