i purchased a razor from ebay made by philips the sale was in june 12 th the razor went out of in 2015, Ive had issues with this razor since it arrived thinking i would get use to it, i rang philips yesterday and they told me there was no after sales for this item as it was out of production and there was no replacement parts making my guarantee useless. im trying to start a case to get my money back from the retailer on the basis they they didnt inform me this razor had gone out of production and my guaratee was useless.
