Fraudulent Deductions from Paypal Nominated Bank Account

There are multiple ‘paypal’ deductions on the bank account linked to my Paypal account. I have triple checked my Paypal account and there are no purchases, so I am 100% sure they are fraudulent. I went to Resolution Center to file a report, but since the transactions are not linked to a purchase on my account, I don’t see how to report them to Paypal. Since they are showing as Paypal transactions and are only being deducted from my Paypal linked bank account, will Paypal refund the amounts deducted? Anyone had this happen to them? Any advice on how I contact Paypal about this via another method than the Resolution Center???
