Filed case, denied

Description

I’m so angry right now. I was thinking using PayPal on purchases was a safe way to order goods. Ha. March 11, I ordered from a site via FB that was a shed. I paid extra for 7-10 delivery. After not getting it, I wrote to the vendor asking for an update. I got a reply that was creepy as in inviting me into an adult chat. I copy and paste this email for PP and disputed this charge on May 14,2020. They denied my case because the merchant provided a tracking number showing it was delivered. For the record, that shed never made it to my home. I wrote a reply to PP stating this. I’m not holding my breath.
