E-bay rip off for n-95 face masks.

Description

I purchased two n-95 type face mask on 03/31/20 around 0800 pm CST for the total cost with tax of $37.79 and as soon as I paid for them I got the I will be getting my items or or about the 13th of April page. However no invoice and no recent transactions from e-bay and e-bay denies any sale. I checked my debit card account and I have lost $37 79. Pay-pal is almost impossible to contact and my pay-pal site page has nothing on it either. I also am having a problem contacting my card company due to the virus threat. Be careful when buying on e-bay it was a real site with a real check out page, however it was also fake and a scam. Any ideas?
