I ordered 2 Star Trek limited edition puzzles. I received 2 totally different puzzles. I contacted PayPal and filed dispute. They wrote back and said I had to return puzzles to get full refund. Of course there is no phone number from PayPal to actually talk to a person. Cost of puzzles $50. Costs to ship back to China $59. Why can’t PayPal contact company and have them ship me my original order. Why is it when puzzle was shipped from Indiana it has to be shipped back to China? Talking to a real human would be nice. Frustrating that there are no reasonable solutions. Solved! Go to Solution.
