Dispute/Case Response

Description

I opened a dispute and escalated to PP when the seller didn’t respond. Seller responded and agreed to refund monies if I shipped back to China somewhere. I went to the post office to see what it would cost and it cost almost as much to ship back than that value of the items. How would I appeal this with PP as I feel that it is a ploy to get out of refunding my monies…as the only option is to upload tracking information or cancel the case. This isn’t a trivial amount of money ~$72 US is a bit much. They did not send me the appropriate sizes or colors. I provided proof of that by uploading pictures. Has anyone else had this type of issue? How did it get resolved?
