different return addres than posters address

Description

I bought an item from the uk london but they are insisting i pay to return it to china how is this allowed . to post to london is like £4 to china its £15 this is how they con you as its almost the cost of the item to return it. Paypal should make it so you have to return it to where you bought it not a different country . Is there anything I can do about this I have lost my money on a useless item paypal offered no protection for this type of con.
