I am having the worst experience with PayPal. My son just sent me money and I am unable to claim/withdraw it to my bank account. It tells me I can and when I try to complete the process I keep getting a message telling me that it can’t be done right now. I have confirmed my bank account, debit card and have my SSN on file. The message I keep getting is listed below. I am finding PayPal incredibly difficult to use.
