Please can anyone help me. I have tried and tried. I want to remove an old bank account that is now closed. I have £22+ credit showing in my paypal account and when I try to delete the account I get this message We’re sorry, you can’t remove this bank account because of a pending transaction. Please try again later. I have opened up a new account, can anyone help me please? Regards J
