I was trying to add an american express credit card to my paypal account. But it keeps being declined even before I can set it up. Called paypal numerous times and they said I need to contact the credit card provider/bank. I called the bank and they said there’s nothing wrong with my card/account and that Paypal needs to fix this. So frustrating! Any tips how to fix?
